Michael Brennan

With years of experience representing corporate defendants in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases—ranging from catastrophic industrial accidents along the Gulf Coast to motor vehicle collisions in small East Texas towns—Michael now channels his defense-side expertise into advocating for individuals and families who deserve justice.

Michael is proud to join his mentors, Will Moye and Evan Kramer, to now represent plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. He brings his meticulous case strategy and a nuanced understanding of case facts to the Moye Law Firm trial team, committed to achieving exceptional outcomes for their clients.

Michael’s time on the defense side provided him with invaluable insights into the strategies employed by corporations and their insurers, enabling him to anticipate their moves and craft compelling cases for his clients. His litigation background spans high-stakes cases involving interstate trucking and commercial fleet transportation, oilfield and industrial workplace accidents, and premises liability disputes, giving him the tools to effectively advocate for his clients.

Born and raised in the Houston area, Michael graduated from Baylor University and Texas A&M School of Law. Outside of the courtroom, Michael enjoys walking his dogs along the Hershey Trails, golfing, and reading. He is excited to be part of a firm that values community, integrity, and relentless advocacy for its clients.
